These Terms of Use govern access to San Francisco County Released Inmates. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site. They apply to browsing, following links, using sponsored tools, and relying on any public-record navigation offered here.

San Francisco County Released Inmates is privately owned and is not affiliated with any sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, credit reports, tenant-screening reports, insurance-screening products, or employment-screening services. The site is a public-record reference guide for San Francisco County, California, not a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm.

What This Website Is

This site is a private guide to official and third-party resources related to released inmates, jail records, release records, court records, CDCR searches, VINE notifications, parole, probation, BOP, and ICE custody channels. It does not store official records and cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, change a court order, or file records requests for a visitor.

Many official records described here are controlled by public agencies under laws such as the California Public Records Act, Government Code division 10 beginning at section 7920.000. Any official response, redaction, fee, or denial belongs to the agency that holds the record.
